Joe Carnes, MBA, PMP
Founder, Strategic Advisor
After years in corporate IT and finance, Joe founded HBS to help small businesses implement better systems, making life easier for many business owners and managers.
He brings more than 15 years of expertise in information technology, project management, and finance to HBS. His diverse background spans multiple sectors, including construction, wholesale distribution, retail, manufacturing, transportation, and government contracting. He holds an active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
Joe lives in Navarre, Florida with his beautiful wife Jamie and their four children: Landyn, Chloe, Holden, and Hudson.
