Your sales, operations, and financials should reflect the same reality. HBS strengthens the systems and processes behind your work so your information stays aligned, your numbers can be trusted, and your management team can see where to act.
Make your core systems reflect how work actually moves through your business, from an estimate or order through operations, billing, and accounting.
Connect information across your sales, operations, and finance teams so your people stop rekeying data, chasing missing information, and reconciling conflicting numbers.
Replace repetitive entry, spreadsheet workarounds, and fragile handoffs with consistent processes that save your team time and improve control.
Give your management team timely, trusted reporting that shows what is driving your margins, where problems are developing, and where action is needed.

WHY HBS
Holden Business Solutions is led by Joe Carnes. At Standard Sand & Silica, Joe served as Controller and CFO before leading technology as IT Director and CIO, working across operational systems, accounting, integration, and reporting in a multi-location business spanning as many as seventeen entities.
He also spent four years in civil construction finance and project controls, covering estimating, forecasting, project accounting, and project performance.
That experience covers both sides of the problem HBS is built to solve: how operational activity becomes financial information, and how the systems connecting the two should be designed.
Sales, operations, and financials shouldn't tell different stories. We'll use this 15-minute call to identify where your systems need to work better together and whether HBS is the right fit.
